Here at Huedeck, we strive to find the best matching furnishing item for your home. Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding shopping experience every time you shop with us. We take delivery as seriously as we take everything else in your shopping experience. Below, we have outlined our shipping policies.
The rates for different shipping options are listed in below:
Most items are eligible for standard shipping via parcel courier (for example FedEx, UPS or USPS). Oversize, crated, heavy, fragile, and one-of-a-kind products, however, must be delivered only by Freight or White-Glove services.
Freight service delivers the item to the curbside of your address. The recipient is responsible for unpacking and moving the item into the home.
With Standard White-Glove service, the item is delivered into the room of your choice, but it does not cover unpacking, assembly or debris removal.
Premium White-Glove service delivers the item to the room of your choice and performs unpacking, minor assembly (no tools or Flatpack/KD furniture) and debris removal.
With any of these services, items over 400lbs cannot be moved off main floor however.
Both Freight and White-Glove delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you a few days prior to arrival and arrange a two (2) to four (4) hours window to deliver the items.
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change over time. Currently we only serve customers in USA. Shipping rates listed above apply to orders within the continental USA. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and other off-shore areas of USA.
Most in-stock items can be delivered within five (5) business days. Freight and White-Glove services usually deliver the item within two (2) weeks of ordering. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped. Note that the estimated number of days are in business days and that the delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are unavailable to receive your order or refuse any shipments from us for any reason other than damages or defects, you will be held responsible for the delivery shipping costs that we incurred, including, but not limited to, any re-delivery shipping fee and/or the shipping cost of returning the item to us. This amount will be deducted from your order refund. Shipping is a very costly part of the furniture and home decor industry.
